Shipping policy
Shipping and Delivery
All orders are shipped from the United States.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, value-added taxes (VAT), and other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Crystal Bunny Archive is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, inspections, carrier disruptions, weather conditions, labor disputes, governmental actions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If a customer refuses delivery, fails to pay customs duties or taxes, provides an incorrect shipping address, fails to claim a package, or otherwise causes a shipment to be returned, the customer shall be responsible for all return shipping charges, customs fees, storage fees, reshipment costs, and any other expenses incurred by Crystal Bunny Archive. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Crystal Bunny Archive is not responsible for loss, theft, delay, or damage occurring after confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided by the customer.
Customers agree to cooperate with any shipping carrier, insurer, or third party in connection with claims involving lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. Crystal Bunny Archive may, but is not obligated to, assist customers with filing such claims.
A signature may be required upon delivery at Crystal Bunny Archive's discretion. If tracking information indicates that a package has been delivered to the address provided by the customer, the package shall be deemed delivered and fulfilled.
Orders typically require up to forty-eight (48) business hours for processing, excluding weekends and federal holidays. Processing times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Customers are solely responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. Crystal Bunny Archive shall not be liable for losses or expenses arising from inaccurate or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
For insurance and customs compliance purposes, Crystal Bunny Archive accurately declares the purchase price of all items on customs documentation. We will not alter customs values or mark shipments as gifts.
For quality assurance and fraud prevention purposes, all orders may be documented through photographs and/or video recordings during packing and shipment preparation. Such records may be retained and used in connection with customer service inquiries, shipping disputes, insurance claims, fraud investigations, chargeback proceedings, or legal matters.
Customers represent and warrant that they are not located in, organized under the laws of, or acting on behalf of any country, territory, individual, or entity subject to applicable trade restrictions, sanctions, or export-control laws. Crystal Bunny Archive reserves the right to refuse transactions prohibited by applicable law.
