Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Crystal Bunny Archive does not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, order cancellations, chargeback demands based on buyer's remorse, fit issues, subjective condition disagreements, color variations, customs charges, shipping delays, carrier-related issues, or failure to read product descriptions.

Orders may not be cancelled after they have been placed.

Exceptions may be made solely at Crystal Bunny Archive's discretion where required by applicable law or where an item is determined by Crystal Bunny Archive to have been materially misrepresented. Any returned item that differs from the item originally shipped, has been altered, substituted, damaged, worn, modified, or otherwise tampered with may be rejected and reported to the appropriate authorities or payment providers.

Any claim regarding an order must be submitted in writing within seventy-two (72) hours of confirmed delivery.

Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender at the sender's expense.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, contains inaccurate information, or is made available due to an inventory or technical error, Crystal Bunny Archive reserves the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or payment has been processed.

Crystal Bunny Archive reserves the right to refuse service, refuse future sales, limit quantities, cancel orders, or terminate customer relationships at any time and for any lawful reason. Orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, or policy violations may be delayed, canceled, refused, or refunded at Crystal Bunny Archive's sole discretion.
